Comprise of Strood, Rochester, Chatham, Gillingham and Rainham and the additional surrounding areas.

Property built near the town centres are generally older terraced styles, built in the Late Victorian and Edwardian period and priced at the lower end of the market. Rochester has an interesting mixture of older housing close to the Norman Castle and Cathedral, highly sought after properties attracting a higher price range.

On the edge of the Towns, terraced and semi-detached properties built in the 1930's to 1950's can be found together with varying styles of Local Authority built property and some newer small developments.

On the outskirts, approximately 2 - 3 miles from the town centre, there are 1960's up to newly built properties of various styles and new estates comprising of one bed 'Starter Homes' to four or five bedroomed detached 'Executive Style' properties.
